Above all else, Forum participants tell us they want to network! 

They want to renew existing business relationships and form new partnerships; exchange business cards, pick up new ideas, generate activity both at the Forum but also on their return to their offices.

This year, the Forum is moving, to better accommodate these requirements.

New fit-for-purpose venue

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Le Palace in the centre of Brussels will create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where networking can flourish.

A focused exhibition will be created for people and organisations wishing to present projects, activities, etc. A range of packages are available:

20-minute project presentation speaking slot - 8 available slots

Option 3 - €7,000 + 20% UK VAT
2x6m space in the exhibition
Possibility of focus group speaking slot – subject to suitability

a) Exhibition sponsor - full page advert in the Event Guide, additional signage* in the exhibition and 1 brochure/flyer* inserted into all delegate bags
b) Focus group programme sponsor - full page advert in the Event Guide, additional signage* in the focus group room and 1 brochure/flyer* inserted into all delegate bags
c) Delegate bags sponsor – your colour logo printed on the bags and 1 brochure/flyer* inserted into all delegate bags

Important note regarding all packages:
All packages are space only. You may bring your own self standing ‘pop up’ stands which must fit within the allocated space.

Coffee and lunch breaks take place in the exhibition so delegates have even more time to view the projects on display.
